EDUCATION   IN   THE   UJHL

The United Junior Hockey League is committed to the educational  development of its Junior Players. Each member of the UJHL has an academic advisor, who is responsible to our players. Since our goal is to move students onto the next level, which for the majority of our players, is College Hockey, this is a crucial and important part of the UJHL and its players.

The UJHL stress' education before hockey, making our players aware of the realistic goals after their hockey career and this is conducted through continuing education in an academic standing and every day life.

The team advisors will assist players in their individual  academics, players with College/University applications, transfer applications and transcripts. The advisors also assist the players in the scheduling and preparation to take their SAT/ACT.

The UJHL mandates all players are to be registered to maintain their H.S. education and or college students to maintain part time courses so to stay alert in education studies while playing hockey.

The UJHL will be using the College Board program which is a program that assists players to prepare for their SAT/ACT and prepare them for college. Each student will be registered and monitored. If you would like more information, click their site below:

The UJHL also offers H.S. and College students to take courses online through an NCAA accredited High School andUniversity, which allows them to schedule their class' as to attending a H.S. or College during the season. The results of these programs are rated very high and are no longer just for the prodigy students. The Education program the UJHL utilizes is called K12, for their H.S. player/athletes and in some states is free, such as the computers, books, etc. For further details and full information and contact, please click on the logo below:
